Why You Need a Realtor

Let me start by saying, even though it's April Fools Day, YOU are the opposite of a fool for reading this email.

Many of you reading this may be first time home buyers or have worked with REALTORs in the past who were...let's just say, "less than helpful."

For one reason or another, maybe you aren't really sure if having a REALTOR help you through the process is truly necessary. I can assure you that a great one can absolutely make your life easier. However, it is important to find the right REALTOR. You need someone who has your best interest in mind, who should make the process as simple as possible for you and knows how to effectively communicate.

Often, a home is the largest purchase you make in your life. Let the experts take over while you live your day-to-day life.

Read on to see why hiring a REALTOR for your home buying, selling or renting process is the right decision...

1) Negotiation Skills and Confidentiality Buying or selling a home can be an emotional process. Good REALTORS negotiate by removing themselves from the emotional aspects of the transaction. Great REALTORS understand the emotional aspects and use them at the right time. It's an essential part of the job. We are also trained to present our client's case in the best light and agree to hold client information confidential from competing interests. In addition, a great REALTOR will look at every angle from your perspective, including crafting a purchase agreement that allows you the flexibility you need to take that next step. [read more here]

2) Up-to-Date Experience Most people sell only a few homes in a lifetime, usually with quite a few years in between each sale. Even if you've done it before, laws and regulations change on a regular basis. REALTORS handle hundreds of transactions over the course of their career. A great REALTOR also has objective information about each property. We can use that data to help determine if the property has what you need. [read more here]

3) Better Access/More Convenience  Our full-time job is to act as a liaison between buyers and sellers. This means we have the most up to date, and sometimes off-market, access to all properties listed by other agents. In addition, if you are looking to sell your home, we solicit calls from interested parties, answer questions and schedule showing appointments. When buying a home by yourself, you run the risk of missing great opportunities or not having the most current information. Additionally, when selling your home by yourself, it would be up to you to find potential buyers and convince them to tour your home and purchase. As an expert, I make the process of buying or selling easy. [read more here]

Henry Ford once said when you hire people who are smarter than you are, it proves you are smarter than they are.

I know you're smart! You'll be the smartest person on the block if you allow me to help you.

Cheers to you, smart cookie, and your future home endeavors.

Stay bubbly,

Broms
